Hi Dominik!

I value your nomination here. Thank you.

Could you sketch your ideas on how to improve the work of the T3A in regards of contribution, reaching out to new communities and countries?

Hi Dominik,

the position as a member of the EAB is a volunteer job. How will you ensure, that the work which needs to be done by yourself, is done?

Hi Ingo,

Thanks for your question. I think it all comes down to planning and commitment.

I want to map out responsibilities and expected outcome on a longer term plan so everyone knows what the expectation is and how much time he has available for activities. This will help everyone to block time in the calendar for EAB work. I would also aim to achieve more during the regular meetings, I have some ideas for how they could be made more fun and more interesting.

In my first two years as EAB member I believe I have shown a lot of commitment and effort around the split of TYPO3 and Neos. It was something that I did not take likely and I spent considerable effort traveling and communicating with people to hear everyone and to make the best out of the situation.

I hope this answers your question.

Best,
Dominik

Hi Olivier,

Thanks for your question. I believe we need to better portray the values of the T3A and the product it is promoting. By communicating the vision we have and sketching out a strategy for the next 5 years we will be able to strengthen the ties we have with current supporters and will be able to attract more interest. We need to continue to work on the identification with the community and TYPO3 as a product.

We have a lot to share as a community in terms of expertise and knowledge and also friendship! One thing we lack though is communicating what we have outside of our community. In the past years we spent considerable time communicating inwards and solving our own internal problems. I can see that this has started to change in the last year and we need to take advantage of the momentum and carry our message outwards.

I hope this answers your question.

Cheers,
Dominik
