Problem description:
Missing webP quality settings in Typo3 12. The link below shows it's already included in Typo3 11, so it should be possible to include it also into Typo3 12.

I tried to include the files from that v11 patch into v12, but it kills some processes. Unfortunately I am not a php-Pro so I do not really now where to dive into the code. But hopefully someone can include those settings into v12.

As photographer I can say, webp processing in typo3 12 is pretty bad when it also comes to scaling down images - and this needs to be fixed with settings to apply.
And as it is implemented in Typo3 v11 and v13 - it should be possible for v12 too.

As I cannot provide as a programmer - I yam down for all testing needed.
