Provide method to create anonymous user session

Description
There is currently no public API method in \TYPO3\CMS\Core\Authentication\AbstractUserAuthentication which allows to create an anonymous user session. Therefore, extension authors have no "official" way to reset the user session in the AbstractUserAuthentication object other than using the internal method initializeUserSessionManager.
