Invalid yaml in site config makes site config module stop working

Description
If you have multiple site configurations the error does not show which site configuration is broken.
I would suggest to catch parse errors and to display the affected site configuration as beeing corrupted.
This way integrators can fix or delete the affected site configuration directly.
We should probably catch the error somewhere here: /var/www/html/vendor/typo3/cms-core/Classes/Configuration/SiteConfiguration.php line 207
