Description

Expected behavior:
  • I open the Filelist Module
  • I search for "Foo"
  • I edit a the file metadata
  • I click close
  • I expect the filter to still contain "Foo"
Actual behavior:
  • The filter value is lost after editing file metadata
Why is this an issue?
  • Usability: Editors editing multiple files (e.g. beginning with a certain string) have to re-enter the filter value each time after editing a file
  • Different behavior to record editing. In the List module, the filter value is kept. The behavior in the Filelist module differs, without an apparent reason
