Check for broken extension

Description
The functionality "Check for broken extension" of backend module "Upgrade" only display an error "Loading ext_tables.php of extension "xyz" failed" when an exception occurs.
As the exception is hidden, it's a little bit hard to find the error on some cases.
It should be nice to display the assiated exception when this error is displayed.
