  • register with first name, last name, email address and password. Identifier is email address.
  • participant receives an email with activation link
  • after clicking the activation link the participant's account is enabled and is logged in
  • the account is independent from the typo3.org user accounts.

As discussed, the profile registration and management should happen on typo3.org (currently at https://typo3.org/community/your-account/loginlogout/user-account/). So for the conference site we need to add links to this page. Additionally we need to implement a SSO solution.
