Deprecate old function calls of the workspaces library in the version extension

Description
For the new Workspaces Module some functionality was moved from the workspaces library (wslib) of the version extension to the new workspaces extension. The elderly functions shall be deprecated and be forwarded to use the new functions.
Attention: This is currently no valid, since the new workspaces extension is still missing in the Core.
