Description

Patrick Lobacher has created a feature document for version 4.6. It is typovision branded. We want to publish it along with the launch of TYPO3 version 4.6 so it needs to be in TYPO3 CI. File included as PDF and keynote file.

We also need someone to translate it into english. I can ask somewhere. I don't have keynote or a mac. I think that would be a requirement.

I even started to push 1.2 pages together.
Someone objections for the mainly frame design?

The screenshots are partly in German, can someone make english-ones?

Hey Sven, Awesome work. This is really great. It will be so cool to have this with the release. What do you mean with "I even started to push 1.2 pages together."? Design looks fine to me. I am wondering about the orange headers. Might be a little to much. Maybe a gray scale would fit better. Don't forget to add page numbering so you can refer to pages. The german screenshots I have seen until now are fine with me. Would also be difficult to get them redone in this short notice in the same style. gRTz ben

Maybe we should consider using another font for the bodytext. I think we can easily agree is is not very readable as bodytext. I can ask Francois how they solve that.

BEWARE: slide page. 29. Format of XLIFF file slightly changed (easier) for default language. Please have a look at locallang files within Core.

so, i made it. Hapuuhh!! lots of pages. ;)

On some pages the English translation is missing.especially on the last pages.
what happens next. can you take over the responsibility for the transations?

Ben can you mark Changes in the PDF, or perhaps directly in the InDesign document?
(This is in the Dropboxfolder)

greets, Sven

Is it done or dead in the meantime?

#13 Updated by Ben van 't Ende almost 8 years ago

dead! it went thru so many hands and the translation was totally wrong. waiting for the new 4.7 from patrick.

#14 Updated by Sven Lubenau almost 8 years ago

and the new 4.7 will be done in english and typo3-ci?
i can do the transition to the t3-design again, if the whole text is ready translated.
