Description

The RTE hooks into the clear cache menu. There an additional menu is added "Clear RTE Cache".
The added Icon does not follow the sprite/span convention.

Also it seems like the ExtJS4 migration changed the spacing on the clear cache menu flyout.
This patch solves the styling issue by following the convention.
