Description

I would like to close #15122 because TCA has been refactored but I get an error "Author can't be blank".

so what can we do here with tickets without author?

All the issues of masi had as owner the id 30403, which did not exist (anymore). Corrected it to his id 399 in all tables (see #32844 for the SQL snippet).
