the Server Administration Team is currently working on a question 2 answer system like ask.com, stackoverflow and so on. We are using the PHP driven question2answers ( http://www.question2answer.org/sites.php ) for this.
If possible I would like to finish this project due end of august, there is still some work, but what is really important right now is a good looking layout for this. There will be no problem to get you direct access to the current installation to take a look how the current installed version looks like. For this please get in contact with me, so there is no need to publish the development link public.
I would be very happy if you'd be able to help me with this and am open to answer every question =).

me again. Sorry for the short answer, I worked on a project, but now I have a little bit more time. The two ticket belong to very different subsystems with very different "commenting" styles. They need to be handled separately.
For Example: On StackOverflow you just ask a question. On documentation you'd have search for the right article and add your question / feature request / whatever.
