Filebrowser plugin not working with 6.1
Replaced the rte with this extension and in 4.7 everything works but in 6.1 the filebrowser plugin lists the directories but not the file content.
If this is already been submitted as a bug I haven't found it.

Thanks for submitting this patch.
I tested the patch right away. It doesn't totaly work for me. In the filebrowser, if the subfolders are already expanded, it is now possible to get the list of files within each folder and make links.
If the subfolders aren't already expanded then clicking on the arrow next to the first folder doesn't open the list of subfolders but instead brings back the user to the pagebrowser and nothing happens ...
As of now I have tested only with TinyMCE "link" button. I don't know if the "typo3link" should behave the same or not.

I cannot confirm this behavior. For me it works to collapse and expand folder in the file tab (I use Chrome).
I make some more changes, because the selected file wasn't highlighted.
By this way I make some additional changes for some deprecations.
The attached Patch includes the first patch, so it can come to errors if the first patch allready applied.

There is one SERIOUS problem with the permissions as we found out today:
If you have more mountpoints set up and using group ACL's to manage the permissions, it leads to a problem which looks exactly like this one - one cannot expand a directory in the "File" choosing tab
The problem comes up whenever a user has more than one ACL's managing access to multiple mountpoints. If a user has ACL set to access only ONE mountpoint, it works

If I would like to insert a video, I can see the tree structure and choose the video file, but the path to the file would not be included, also the name of the file after choosing is different. Instead of "fileadmin/folder/filename.mov" there is to see "file:194". So the path is missing and also the filename is wrong. It just works if I insert fileadmin/folder/filename.mov by myself and not with the filebrowser.
