Description
In the page module the button behaviour for adding new content elements "Add a new record at this place" is different in the "columns" and "languages" view.
In the "columns" view, all buttons will show when hovering a column, in the "languages" view the button will only show up when hovering over the hidden button. A backend user needs to know where this button is before it can be used. The "languages" view should show all buttons as well when hovering a column.
