Image click-enlarge doesn't use the File Abstraction Layer

Description
The tx_cms_showpic eID uses direct paths to a file. But with #36420 it is possible that there is no direct path to the file but only a eID url.
tx_cms_showpic should use the sys_file uid when possible.

This latest patchset is just a follow-up adding htmlspecialchars to the parameters coming from the File object being outputted in the HTML.
