Description

After a 'rm -rf typo3temp/*' the installtool thankfully offers a way to recreate necessary files and folder like shown here:

But: typo3temp/Cache was not created which leads to a "... cannot aquire lock" message at quite a different spot where you don't have a clue that 'typo3temp/Cache' is missing.

So this folder should be created on demand by a click as well.

Damn. I just repeated the procedure. Now 'Cache' was created. So my bugreport seems to be wrong and can be closed until I run into the same thing and find out. Sorry ...

Thanks for reporting anyway Martin. I used the rm command a million times and the Cache folder was always created.
The locking stuff should not be related to the Cache folder stuff. Locks should go into typo3temp/locks
