Install The official Introduction Package

Description
My used system:
- Windows 7
- Xampp 3.2.1 Apache/2.4.4 (Win32) OpenSSL/1.0.1e PHP/5.5.3
I had install a new empty Typo3 version 6.2.4 with the list of distribution.
I tried to install the distribution "The official Introduction Package" by the extension manager. There was no success message, but the big frame became white.
After this I had a look into the pages. Unfortunately there was no introduction package installed.
I found this page:

The idea with the way of install with 'mode=123' did not work.
The first step in the step instructions could not work because of a missing folder 'Private' in 'Resources/'.
Please let me know, if you have findings to solve this problem of install.
