There is an Option DB/socket to set the DatabaseSocket in TYPO3_CONF_VARS, introduced with https://git.typo3.org/Packages/TYPO3.CMS.git/commit/da7a0de4178e850da927bda5478dbe5ddc3d001b

This option should be added to the CLI of the functional test framework.
