Description

Hello

If an Extbase CommandController needs to access typoscript-settings (constants or so) only settings from page with pid=1 will be fetched. I think the "root-Page" is better place to fetch these settings OR there must be an option to set the setup-storagePID.

Because in some installations page with pid=1 doesn't exist or doesn' match with root-Page.
