Description

In t3skin.css there are still various settings for #shortcut-menu. But they don't seem to be used anymore?
On the other hand, the shortcut-icons don't have a style (especially a style) assigned, so they appear too large. (See for example t3-app-icon in About Modules how CSS is done in other places.)
And maybe we need other smaller stylings for the ShortcutMenu as well?
