"Check for broken extensions" can't handle extension dependency

Description
hi,
i made an Update from 6.1 to 6.2 and in the InstallTool Upgrade Wizard i got the Message "Detected Fatal Error" and the possibiliy to uninstall the Extension.
If I press the Button to uninstall the Incompatible extension, i got an internal Server Error (in the Ajax Request). if i open this ajax request in a new Tab, i got this TYPO3 Exception
#1382276561: The package "formhandler_cleverreach" depends on "formhandler" which is not present in the system.
if i reload the Install Tool, i got again the Message that an Incompatible extension is found and i can't do anything else.
