RTE images along with config.noScaleUp not work

Description

RTE images are not produced together with the configuration setting "config.noScaleUp = 1".

As soon as I put the setting to "0" it works.

Whatever the rendering type is used!

It also does not work with TYPO3 6.X!

You mean that the images are not rendered in frontend?

Does this apply both to magic and plain images?

Inexplicably, I have no more problems after updating to the latest 7.1.0 TYPO3-dev.

I am also not able to reproduce this behavior and I hope it stays there.
