Description

When running my functional tests that load a fixture file, I only got a non-helping message:

Error when processing fixture file:
typo3/sysext/frontend/Tests/Functional/Page/../Fixtures/pages.xml
Can not insert data to table pages_language_overlay

It would be helpful to see what actually is the problem with the file.
