TaskCenter - no tasks can be found due to usage of nonexisting class names

Description
The two TaskManager tasks shipped by the Core are currently broken because they are registered with invalid class names.
Reproduce:
- Create ImpExp Preset (and|or) any sys_action
- Go to the task manager
I will fetch a patch.
