Allow drag&drop between IRRE-columns if they are of same record-type

Description

You might have IRRE-fields (on the same tab) pointing to the same record-type. It would be nice to be able to move a record between those fields.

Use-case: Separate IRRE-fields for data-section A and data-section B in a record. Currently you can only move them inside one section. You'd then be able to drag&drop between the sections.

After talking to Christian Kuhn: Too complex for the moment.

Although the records themselves can stay the same when moved between columns/fields, actually moving their references is a more complex task then anticipated. This would for example need support from DataHandler, which as a first step needs major overhaul to become flexible and maintainable enough.
