Description

Currently the typo3 directory must still be symlinked to the document root.
This however means that we must expose the vendor directory to the document root as well, at least if
TYPO3 is used in non composer mode / as packaged distribution.

We can move the vendor dir to the root level, so that typo3 folder can be symlinked without exposing the vendor dir.
