Hi!
I gave it a second try with a real mouse...
If I click with the notbook pad and hold ctrl on the keybord (Apple right click) the browser context window pops up.
If I click with the right button of a mouse everything is OK...
Strange, is this a bug?

please try it again at the official TinyMCE Demo at
http://tinymce.moxiecode.com/examples/full.php
if it works there it can be fixed by updating the source of TinyMCE...
or wait until the updated TinyMCE source get's integrated into tinymce_rte
if not please report a bug at TinyMCE...

Sorry, can't get it to work there: http://tinymce.moxiecode.com/examples/full.php
Seems that this is a missing feature.
Could someone with an Apple Computer confirm this behavior?
Thanks in advance,
Thomas

I can confirm it here. Same system and versions
On the TinyMCE Website I do not get a context menu at all.
On a current installtion I get the system context menu.

Marcus

This "bug" can be reproduced on http://tinymce.moxiecode.com/examples/full.php with several browsers (Firefox, Safari, Chrome, Opera) on Mac OS X. It was discussed in the TinyMCE-Forum (http://tinymce.moxiecode.com/punbb/viewtopic.php?id=16484) already and was classified as a "feature" and not as a "bug" there. So this is a general TinyMCE-problem and not a tinymce_rte-specific one. Furthermore there seems to be a difference between Ctrl + left-clicks (system's contextual menu opens) and double-finger clicks (TinyMCE's contextual menu opens) - to avoid this problem just use double-finger clicks or a mouse which allows secondary clicks.

Thanks for this information!
You're right. It's a feature... Would be nice anyway.
Great Support here,
Thomas
