Description

On several places the actions-document-paste-after icon is used instead of the actions-document-paste-into or actions-document-paste .

For most editors this is very confusion as the actions-document-paste-after isn't very familiar for most of them and only when put next to the actions-document-paste-into icon like in the screenshot they understand the icon.
