How to reproduce with RTE:

1) create a new text element and type something in RTE
2) select a word and click on change text color or text background
3) pick a color inside the palette by clicking on it
4) try to move the mouse to click on OK button outside the palette

RESULT: the pointer with the selected color does not stay in place and follows your mouse movement, so it is impossible to save the selected color.

This behavior is absent on the TS Constant Editor
