Cannot move Elements into Grids in Localization
I got a default localization with 2 CEs and a GridElement.
One CE is inside the Grid and the other one is outside the Grid. (See my Screenshot)
Now I translated the whole site into a new language. When I try to move the outer element inside the grid, the "place here" fields are disabled. So I cannot move this element inside the grid.

there are two questions regarding the described behaviour:
1. How did you translate the elements in the first step, with the "Transalate" or the "Copy" button?
For the "Translate" button it would be expected behaviour, so I would only consider it a bug, when you used the "Copy" button.
If it has been translated with the "Copy" button:
2. Did you already try the 7-0 branch from the official git repository to check, if the behaviour has changed?

first I created a new page language overlay and then I used the "Translate" Button in the page view.
Then I used "Translate" from the option dialogue.
So question 2 has resolved itself.
But why isn't it a bug then? For me there is no way to move the translated CE into the grid. Neither by moving the translated CE nor moving the mother CE. (I can move the mother, but it has no effect of the position of the translated elements)
I'll try the lastest version from GIT.

When using "Translate" you are in "Connected" mode and there should be no option to sort or move any element in non default languages, since the default language got "the lead".
This means that sorting and moving has to be done in the default language and each of the translated children shoul follow automatically.
If this is not working for you, this might be the actual bug, but the fact that you can't move stuff in other languages is not.
