Import of t3d file throws error

Description
If I want to import a t3d file an error is thrown. This is because the class \TYPO3\CMS\Core\Utility\File\ExtendedFileUtility extends \TYPO3\CMS\Core\Utility\File\BasicFileUtility where the functio init() was removed with https://review.typo3.org/45695
