Description
.ts as extension is by default used for TypeScript which is why it would be nice if .t3s could be used instead for static includes.

I would recommend to use .tsconfig and .typoscript instead of .txt, .ts or any other file extension.
We discussed this some days ago with a lot of people.

The PhpStorm TypoScript plugin from Sgalinski currently uses / supports t3s which is why I proposed that extension.
However, I am sure if another extension is added, they will add support for it too.
I have to admit though that I am not really a fan of file extensions longer than 4 characters because they are rather uncommon (of course, they are possible though).
t3s itself make sense as t3 would be a reference to typo3 but I would be happy with any extension as long as we are not using already used extensions like .ts for TypeScript.
Feel free to create a own patchset too. Personally I think that extension should then also be available for files like ext_typoscript_setup.txt etc. files
