Can't create new task in scheduler

Description

First I want to say that I did realize there are other people describing issues with the same behaviour but none of the solutions worked for me.

When I open the scheduler there are no tasks yet. When I click on "add task", the screen turns grey and that's it (see image, the menu table on the left is still there).

Chrome gives me this message: "GET http://<myURL>/typo3/mod.php?M=system_txschedulerM1&moduleToken=c81da9265f4163bb02e79aea56474b3aa0fb6587&CMD=add 500 (Internal Server Error)"

and the Typo3 protocol says. "Core: Exception handler (WEB): Uncaught TYPO3 Exception: #1392409507: Invalid form/module token detected. Access Denied! | UnexpectedValueException thrown in file /mnt/webr/e0/15/52158015/htdocs/typo3_grau_01/typo3/mod.php in line 26. Requested URL: http://<myURL>/typo3/mod.php?M=system_txschedulerM1&moduleToken=c81da9265f4163bb02e79aea56474b3aa0fb6587".

I need this for Aimeos Webshop.

Typo3 is not running on my own server, therefore I don't have too many possibilities to view logs or debug.
