Add flag to exclude page from sitemap.xml
there should be a flag to set if a page should appear in the sitemap.xml. One case to use this is for a news detail page wich should not get into the sitemap without additional parameters for the article to show.
Actually this can only be achieved by setting noindex but this prevents all regular news detail pages from indexing.

- TYPO3 Version set to 7
you can set the detail page to no index, than it also not appears in the sitemap.xml. Than you have 2 options
1. If you use the page TSconfig to extend the news https://docs.typo3.org/typo3cms/extensions/cs_seo/Developer/ExtendExistingModel/Index.html all metadata will be generated by the news record via cs_seo, not by the page. You have to override the Detail Template for the news, so that the partial for Opengraph will not be used.
2. Make a TypoScript condition, which relies to the get param of the news and say page.headerData.654 >. Then the news will be used to generate the metadata.
I hope this works for you.
