Description

Testing Framework is an own package now, and core requires it with restriction ~1.0.0.
For my fork, to not get in the way of the official package, I released a tag 1.9.1, but this is not accepted by that strict requirement.
Please accept a change request that fixes only the major number, but leaves the minor version to the user.
