Sphinx rendering layout problem (height too small) when using system sphinx distribution
For about a year now, the sphinx documentation is rendered not full screen but with a too small height when using the system sphinx distribution (see screenshot).
It used to work very well to use a sphinx distribution that was already on the system with the sphinx extension, but for about a year now it is basically unusable.
It would be great if this could be resolved or someone could give me a hint what is to be done.

I agree that the height is not big enough, but on my system, it is bigger anyway, namely 600px height, which is what is defined in the template: https://git.typo3.org/TYPO3CMS/Extensions/sphinx.git/blob/HEAD:/Resources/Private/Templates/Documentation/Index.html
What is possibly missing in your bug report is which version of TYPO3 you are using, which browser and version you are using.

Ok. Sorry for being so unspecific. I had the problem with more than one version of TYPO3 6 and TYPO3 7 and various browsers, so I assumed it was not restricted to a specific version. But now I guess it is not universal, since you can not reproduce.
But now the missing information:
My workplace PC is not the one TYPO3 is running on.
TYPO3 version; 7.6.22 (latest TYPO 7.6)
sphinx extension: 2.5.1
sphinx: v1.1.3 (system) - I know this is quite old, but I had problems installing newer versions on that system, see my other issue (https://forge.typo3.org/issues/82485)
