Sometimes tooltips in the pagetree don't disappear

Problem/Description¶
Sometimes, tooltips no longer disappear when you do "normal editor work" in the TYPO3 backend within the TYPO3 pagetree. Please check the following animated gif to see how the tooltip stays.
I still have not found a way to reproduce the problem the last couple of weeks working with the TYPO3 9.5 backend.

For me it appears in Google Chrome. I will work the upcoming days with Firefox. Let's see if it appears also. I don't know where to begin to debug. Die Tooltip HTML-Elements don't disappear from DOM. It must be anywhere in the JS area.
So far I have not been able to find out by which process/workflow this can be reproduced. It also does not depend if I have DevTools opened with "No Cache" oder closed.

Hey, I've been working with the pagetree quite a lot lately, and can not reproduce this issue anymore in v11.

I was able to reproduce it.
MacOS + Firefox/Chrome:
When you hover the icon with the cursor, don't move the cursor and scroll.
This will cause the described effect.
Will have a look if i can find a solution

With this patch i think your issue should be solved in v11:

Two things i noticed:
1. in v11 it caused many tooltips to get stuck on screen (see my video)
2. in some cases like yours, fast cursor movements and scrolling only 1-2 tooltips got stuck, which should be fixed by this as well due to a timeout set depending on the tooltip show/hide delay speed
