Usability: Make "New issue" button (and others more prominent)
GitHub (and Gitlab) make the buttons you will most likely want to click on next very prominent in green. They practically jump in your face.
The first time I went to a sprint, I saw someone struggling to find the "new issue" button. I think you usually will see it eventually but it may take you a few seconds longer than it should. And people might be frustrated in this process. They have enough to deal with using TYPO3. I think we should avoid frustrating them more than necessary.
I found myself adding documentation because of this and then I paused and thought: What I am doing is ridiculous. You should not write documentation pointing out where to find the "new issue" button, you should just make it slightly more prominent and thus make the GUI slightly more usable.
design proposal: I admit, this is a little over the top:
<div class="contextual" style="background-color: #8dcd83ff; -webkit-box-shadow: inset 0 1px 1px #fff, inset 0 -1px 1px #aaa, 0 2px 4px -3px #666; border-radius: 20px;border: none;color: white;padding: 15px 32px;text-align: center;text-decoration: none;display: inline-block;font-size: 2em;"> <a class="icon icon-add new-issue" href="/projects/typo3cms-core/issues/new" style="background-size: 1em;padding-left: 30px;">New issue</a> </div>
