For quite a while now, there are some options to customize the login screen (e.g. background image, logo or highlight color).
But it's currently not possible to use custom stylesheets as for the rest of the BE (TBE_STYLES).
Therefore it should be possible to add a custom stylesheet for the login screen as this is currently only possible by using the PageRenderer Hook.
