Description

On some of our installations we use sys_news quite heavily. Sometimes we have messages for the editors that are relevant again and thus should appear as the first message.

I suggest either enable sys_news.sorting or to change the default sorting from crdate to tstamp so that admins can influence in which order the messages appear.

Would be nice if this also gets backported to version 9.
