Number of arguments of ExtDirect provider actions are registered incorrectly
PHP methods annotated with @extdirect are registered as Providers by the ProviderViewHelper. Currently there's a bug in the calculation of the number of required arguments which leads to methods with zero required arguments not being registered correctly.
[+BUGFIX] ExtJS (ExtDirect): Fixed a bug which resulted in a broken communication between client and server via ExtDirect if a shared action method had zero required arguments. Resolves #9323, relates to #9279
