Using PostgresSQL backend leads to error in menu processing, which can
be seen using the ext:styleguide extension frontend demo pages.

The background of this issue is, the PostgreSQL seems to lowercase fieldnames
if they are not properly quoted, and than cannot find them if the field is in
upper case, like for example pages.SYS_LASTCHANGED.

Due the nature of the system desing and historical reasons, sql parts are manually
build and injected in QueryBuilder instances, which prevents proper quoting of
identifiers and values - leading to this issue.
