FLOW3:

• declared some more Utility functions as static, adjusted calls to generateUUID() accordingly

PHPCR:

• added NodeTypeManager and NodeTypeTemplate interfaces
• some cleanup to type hints and documentation
• removed components configuration (moved to TYPO3CR package)
