[FEATURE] "XML" mode for the Escape Viewhelper
Fluid's Escape Viewhelper now supports a mode which only converts
the characters "<", ">" and "&" into their entity equivalents and
leaves the rest as is. This is useful for XML documents such as a
RSS feed.
