How to write protocols

- a protocol mainly consists of tasks
- every task has a responsible person
- every task has a deadline
- every task has a status
- every meeting needs a chairman, he has to take care for updating each task every time with a new status
- every task that is neither closed nor postponed will be mentioned in the meeting and gets a new status. exception: the task did not reach it's next deadline.
- mention the date and length of the meeting
- mention the attendees
- eventually put a TOC on the top to get a short overview
- give a unique number and name to the task
- always refer to this number/name
- mention the date for the next meeting (fix the next date on the very beginning of the meeting)
