Improve UX of Reports module

Description
Gathering the details of the checks executed when a user accesses the backend module System → Reports → Status Reports takes some time. Especially on a slow system or if the user accesses the backend from a distance (latency). If the user switches the dropdown box at the top from, for example, Overview to Status Report, nothing happens for a few seconds, before the results are shown.
An enhancement of the user experience would be a rework of the module, so that the page appears straight away and the checks are executed by Ajax requests. One check at a time. The results are shown dynamically. An animated loading spinner for each check could indicate that the system works in the background.

As a side note: the paragraph at the top also makes me smile every time I access the module :-)
