Description

The test htmlspecialcharsDecodeReturnsDecodedString is pretty useless, since it only tests encoding and decoding a string with PHP native functions. Previously GeneralUtility::htmlspecialchars_decode() was tested, which has been replaced with PHP native htmlspecialchars_decode with #54777 in TYPO3 6.2.
