having a TS like

page.19 = HMENU
page.19 {
 wrap = <ul>|</ul>
 1 = TMENU
 1.NO.wrapItemAndSub=<li>|</li>
}

breaks and the output is

<ul>
< li<a href="/">Pagesssxsssss</a>
< li<a href="/content-elements">Content Elements</a>
< li<a href="/issues">Issues</a>
</ul>

with

it works fine
