- form: icon is left
- filelist: icon is on the right

I have just noticed another problem with the "Forms" search field: it is not possible to reset the filter; you have to reload the page.
(also after installing the patch)

No, when you clear the input and press enter, you will see everything again.

Yup. Basically, you are saying I have to perform an "empty search"... not much intuitive IMHO
on the "Filelist" module you click on the "x" icon inside the search field to reset the search
