UX: Backend Page Module - horizontal scrollbar

Description
When the content of the page module is very wide (e.g. because of multiple languages and multiple columns), the horizontal scrollbar is only visible when the user scrolls to the bottom of the page:
This behavior was different in earlier versions (e.g. screenshot from TYPO3 11) where the horizontal scrollbar was immediately visible at the bottom of the window:

Removing the overflow brings back the scrollbar on the iframe, but visual representation of the container is then off if content is avaialable on the right side, see screenshot.
